The dirty towels and floors severely impacted our stay, despite the staff being kind and helpful. I expected much better for what I paid.

The amenities were excellent, especially the
breakfast options that left me feeling satisfied. The room itself was spacious and clean, but I did wish for a few more charging ports for devices.

Tales from the unexpected
A night here revealed unexpected surprises like poor cleanliness and unwelcome guests—roaches! Though the location is convenient for quick stops, I can’t overlook the dirty conditions and lack of effective pest management. This experience certainly left me looking for alternatives during future trips.

Not exactly a paradise, but it did the job.
So, we had a clean room and it had a fridge and microwave, which is nice. The staff? They were decent, really! Not perfect, but they did their best.
I mean, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was tolerable.

Unexpected smiles amidst chaos
Woke up to a warm breakfast service every morning. The staff made every effort to brighten our day, despite some of the room's shortcomings. Their kindness truly stood out.

This place was just an adequate option for a date night in Manchester with good value for the price. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief on a hot night. Try to check if the bedding has been washed before settling in.

Not worth the money
I stayed for 4 nights and honestly, it was a mess. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and towels. The bathroom had mold everywhere, which was super gross. The staff was nice—shoutout to them—but the overall state of the place was just disappointing. Plus, the dining area outside was okay, but it didn’t make up for the mess indoors.

The beds were nice and comfy, and I liked the pool, though it really needs a makeover. I mean, who doesn't want to swim in a little bit of mystery paint peeling off?
But yikes, my room was dirtier than a teenager's bedroom! If I wanted bugs for roommates, I would have checked under my couch.

The suite was spacious with all the kitchen amenities we needed I loved starting my mornings with a warm breakfast, courtesy of the lovely breakfast lady. Plus, the pet-friendly policy allowed us to bring our fur baby along for the adventure.

Had a great time with my friends here. The pool was clean and the staff were helpful. We went to the local park and checked out a nearby restaurant, which added to the fun. Heads up, the breakfast lady was super sweet and really made our mornings special!
The room had a bit of a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting, but we didn’t let it ruin our stay.

Family with children alright for a pit stop
The lady at the front desk was super nice, even after I had been driving for hours and looked half dead. The breakfast lady was like a ray of sunshine, made my daughter laugh and the food was decent, which is a plus for a road trip.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for a quick stay it was still okay.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. The check-in was straightforward, and they were happy to help. The location was convenient for my needs, close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast service was a nice touch, especially the lady running it. She was cheerful and made mornings brighter. However, the room itself had several issues. It had a musty smell that made it hard to relax. The floors were grimy, leaving my feet dirty. I noticed stains on the towels, which made me question their cleanliness. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work most of my stay. The TV looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in greasy fingerprints. Also, the noise from outside kept interrupting my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects, but the cleanliness and maintenance need major attention.
